Tuition Refunds
1. Before Program Start: Full refund of tuition and fees if cancellation occurs before the program begins and application is not processed.
2. After Program Start – No refund after 3 days of program start.
Non-Tuition Refunds
1. Application Fees: Non-refundable.
2. Textbook and Materials Fees: Refundable only if returned in new condition within 5 days.
3. Other Fees (e.g., registration, late payment): Non-refundable.
Exceptions
1. Institutional Cancellation: Full refund of tuition and fees if the Institution cancels a program.
2. Extenuating Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
